Nanette: A Very Brave Dog

and how one little dog showed her life

E-mail Print PDF

NANETTE moved out of her body at 9.30am on Monday 4th Sept 2012 with the same Graciousness that she demonstrated every moment of her life on this Planet. I never saw any Behaviour on her part, contrary to the highest principles of Canine Relationship to other Animals or to Humans in her 7 years with me.

To live with this extraordinary Being has been a Privilege.

Although She no longer has a body  (which finally gave her a great deal of pain) and is buried in my garden near Monsieur Bertie, her Relationship with me and it's Purpose continues ( so I understand ) after a space of rest for her ' and my recovery from Human grief . Therefore, this site will continue .

Nanette again!

E-mail Print PDF

As I have reported before, Nanette has been going ' up and down' since the death of Bertie last year.  For some 3 or 4 months now, she has confined herself to the 'cupboard' rather too often for my liking and finally a week ago stopped eating!!! Now that really is a ' Nuclear Event' in Nanette's case. I got out my radiesthesia tools and set to work....Her emotions were high and she had a high degree of infection, which I eventually found in the passaage between the Gall Bladder and the Liver...Digestion was blocked.

I decided unusually, to take her to the vet for her opinion. She did the blood tests and then a scan and found exactly the same it's been heavy antibiotics for 6 days.

A Dog, and a Bone in the Garden ...where it should be!!

E-mail Print PDF

It's difficult to believe but the picture below shows you Nanette's first experience of a Bone eaten outside the house!!

Actually I feel a bit ashamed!! Why? Well...I've taken the bone down to the garden so many times in the 7 years I have lived with her to show her that it is normal to enjoy them in the fresh air and nature!! but inevitably, she has always picked it up and gone straight back into the house and on to the couch!! It IS her couch I have to say....I have my own!

Anyway, at last, she is comfortable outside and doesn't she look ' smug'?!! Bravo Cherie xx

Nanette's attraction!!

E-mail Print PDF

I took Nanette to the Cafe with me today. This is quite a challenge for her because although it's very friendly, it's quite noisy and there are quite a few ' busy ' dogs there.

What is puzzling me more than anything else is how much attention she attracts from other people!! She's exceptionally quiet and moves calmly ...always beside me and sits through the meal at my side. There's not much space between our table and tables to the left of us but she sits there while people pass and step over her tail...saying a few words to her or giving a quick caress.
